ROLE DESCRIPTION:
I'm seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team in Chicago Heights, IL. As a team member for Harvey Adams Insurance Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, health and life insurance. This position will allow you to experience what it is like to become a State Farm agent and will give you the confidence to explore this opportunity for the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet sales and marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quota preferred.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Property, Casualty, Life and Health license needed.
- Employees of State Farm agent must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
